Welcome.  I am Anita M. Jackson, Founder and CEO of The I Am Enough Institute. For the past 15 years, I have worked in higher education and private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist and an Organizational Psychologist. In these roles, I have had the honor of working with women personally and professionally in helping them break through barriers to their success and deeply and powerfully connect to their authentic truth, power, talents, and abilities. After years of empowering women to follow their bliss, I recently decided to take my own advice and will soon launch The I Am Enough Institute. Our mission is to empower women to know that they are enough through life transformational services, resources, and venues. It is with great excitement that I join the Today’s Innovative Woman network and organization to empower women to live life on their own terms and outrageously well. Be Empowered!

Anita M. Jackson is a Marriage and Family Therapist and an Organizational Psychologist. Dr. Jackson has worked in higher education and private practice for 15 years providing a variety of services on holistic wellness and how to live with passion, soul, and authenticity. Deemed as the “Oprah Winfrey” of her college campus, Dr. Jackson brings an energy and an infectious sense of humor that causes others to feel a deep connection to her. Over the years, Dr. Jackson has been encouraged to write a book or start her own agency due to her passion to shift the hearts and minds of individuals, especially women, from a false negative mindset of “I’m not good enough” to a positive empowering mindset of “I Am Enough.” With great excitement, Dr. Jackson started The I Am Enough Institute ~ Empowering Women to Know That They Are Enough.
