Allison has spent the last 15 years in various engineering, management and business development roles. She launched her online business, www.SuccessBookCase.com, in 2010 where she shares her passion for personal growth and success books and resources. She recently started her success and business coaching business, SideBizWomen, where she helps women build successful side businesses to uplevel their lives and their income. SideBizWomen coaching programs focus on teaching brand and relationship building via social media, blogging and e-mail list building as well as goal setting, goal achievement and balance in life and work.
